Core 360 has a team of highly trained and skilled instructors who have the experience and ability to draw from a range of fitness disciplines to create a specific and unique fitness program for your needs and goals. The aim of any fitness program is to improve your quality of life by correcting or improving imbalances and/or weaknesses in your body. Many times it becomes a building block approach, where you would focus on the area of greatest need and then start to incorporate different training or approaches. The reality is that the majority of us require one or more aspects of those fitness disciplines and at Core 360 we can provide you with the means to focus on your needs by ‘mixing and matching’ in a friendly supportive environment.

Last hockey season I missed several games because of a bulging disc in my lower back, team physicians explained that the major cause was that I had a weak core. I decided that I needed to take care of this imbalance before it got out of hand, enter Stephanie! This summer I attended semi-private classes with Stephanie two times a week. Initially I was skeptical of what Pilates could do for me, however this skepticism did not last long. Stephanie's ability to pinpoint & correct my weaknesses, along with her attention to detail turned my weak abs into a strong stable core. My old back problems are no longer an issue!
