Reformer B.L.T (Buns-Legs-Thighs)

If you think that your lower body needs toning, then this BLT class is for you. Buns, Legs & Thighs (B.L.T.) class will incorporate a mixture of workouts, stretches and exercises that specifically target these areas along with the core. Bursts of cardio and interval training makes this workout complete. This class is done on the reformer incorporating some fun props.

Open to all levels!

Get Strong

Improve your strength and fitness with our new "Get Strong" class! This fitness class focuses on functional lifting circuits to build strength and lean muscle, then transitions to a high intensity finisher to burn fat and get that heart pumping. These exercises train the entire body at once enhancing the activities of everyday life.

All levels of fitness welcome.

Reformer Foundations

Formerly known as our Reformer Level 1 class!

Want to improve your strength, balance and coordination all the while enhancing your Mind-Body connection? If so Reformer classes are for you! Reformer is our most popular Pilates class! It uses spring based resistance that develops muscles without bulk and provides immediate feedback on synchronized movements. Our classes range from beginner to advance.

Foundations classes are for newcomers or recently new to Pilates Reformer.

Reformer Essentials

Formerly known as our Reformer Level 2 classes!

Intermediate Prerequisite: Proficient in Level 1 (having done many Level 1 classes and mastered basic movements and understand principles). If unsure please call studio before signing up.
