HURT SO GOOD - BALL ROLLING

This class is suited to anyone who finds themselves sitting too much.... LOL Yes, that is pretty much all of us. Even you, on your spin bike! Constantly shortening the front of our bodies by sitting in flexion causes a myriad of compensations and imbalances. Come explore where your body has it's blind spots that may be causing you pain or lack of mobility. Rolling the pain away may hurt at times but oh feels so good at the same time! Leave the workshop feeling more relaxed and mobile than when you walked in.
